Subscription Cancellation & Service Satisfaction Policy

This policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations and our approach to ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided through the Get Annotator (Macgence) platform. We aim to provide a transparent and fair process for all our clients.
Monthly Subscription Cancellations
- Cancellation Process: Clients can cancel their monthly subscription at any time by accessing their account settings on the Get Annotator (Macgence) platform or by contacting our support team at [info@getannotator.com].
- Effective Date of Cancellation: Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current monthly billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscription services and assigned annotators until that date.
- No Pro-rata Refunds for Current Month: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months of service if you cancel before your current billing cycle ends. For example, if you cancel halfway through your billing month, you will still be charged for the full month and retain access until the month concludes.
- Future Billing: Cancelling your subscription prevents future billing. You will not be charged for the subsequent month’s subscription fee.
Service Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
Get Annotator (Macgence) is committed to facilitating high-quality data annotation services. While Get Annotator (Macgence) provides the platform to connect clients with annotators, we understand that issues may arise.
- Reporting Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the performance of an assigned annotator or the quality of the work delivered on a project, you must report the issue to Get Annotator (Macgence) within [e.g., 7 days or a reasonable timeframe relevant to project milestones] of the relevant work being submitted or the issue being identified. - Potential Resolutions: Based on our investigation, Get Annotator (Macgence) may, at its sole discretion, offer one or more of the following resolutions:
- Annotator Replacement: Assigning a new annotator to your project at no additional cost for the remaining scope of work or for specific tasks.
- Rework: Requesting the original annotator to rework or correct the unsatisfactory tasks without additional charge.
- Service Credit: In cases of significant and unresolvable dissatisfaction directly attributable to annotator performance or service failure on our part, Get Annotator (Macgence) may offer a pro-rated service credit towards your next subscription cycle.
- No Cash Refunds for Annotator Performance: Due to the nature of service delivery and the monthly subscription model, Get Annotator (Macgence) generally does not offer cash refunds for dissatisfaction with annotator performance. Our commitment is to resolve issues through replacement, rework, or service credits to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis under extreme circumstances where Get Annotator (Macgence) determines a fundamental failure to deliver the core service, as solely determined by Get Annotator (Macgence).
